We got an inside look at the United States Air Force’s 7.5-week basic military training, or BMT, program. Insider spent four days at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, observing different squadrons at various stages of training. Trainees are instructed in marksmanship, drill, and battlefield first aid. The program culminates in week six with an event known as BEAST (Basic Expeditionary Airman Skills Training). During BEAST week, trainees live in a simulated combat environment and are tested in various field training exercises and scenarios. I never once got mad when I heard another member of the Armed Forces say Chair Force, its brotherly love between the branches. I think as far as quality of life, the Air Force takes 100% better care of their people than any other branch.
One would think they would actually pick a MTI with a Command Voice to show off the marching.
If you pick an idiot Chowrunner your Flight will eat last everyday.
I taught females and males, I would take a female Flight any day of the week. They only need to be taught most shit ONE TIME and if you give them an extra 5 mins to do hair /what ever females do they will give you 120% all day. Males have to be taught everything 5 times before it clicks and that makes it so much harder to move on to the next lesson. I would tell the females to read ahead a few lessons and they would hit the ground running everyday. I had 2 female Honor Flights and only came close to a male honor flight once. I trained 25 Flights during my time at Lackland, it was the best job I ever had / done and I still get messages today from people I trained.
